Scope and field of application

These units are designed for use in relay equipment of the automatic block system signalling point. The devices serve as rectifiers to ensure the signalling systems are supplied with direct current.

Advantages

BV-M rectifier units were designed to replace BV units. The new units utilize new diodes with a reverse voltage of 1,600 V that are designed for direct currents of up to 25 A.
