These units are used to house signalling and telecommunication equipment of any type, including computer-based systems.
MK ATS unit features:
- may be used in locations where size and placement may be an issue;
- may be transported and used as a mobile facility without having to disassemble equipment stored within;
- reduces construction and installation costs that are part of new construction, retrofitting and reconstruction projects of signalling systems;
- reduces the construction and commissioning time due to the fact that all installed equipment and assemblies have already been completed and verified at the manufacturing plant;
- the equipment will be delivered to the construction site in full.
- these units may consist of one module or several of them assembled together;
- each MK ATS module is a finished prefabricated product that doesn’t require any additional work at the installation site apart from assembly with other modules;
- raised floors that contain fire protection equipment ensure higher ergonomics and safety of these units;
- the structure of the unit, the type and number of modules, as well as the equipment configuration is chosen based on the design of a specific signalling system and customer requirements.
- tower equipment of electric interlocking systems at small and medium relay-type stations;
- tower equipment of computer-based interlocking systems (MK CIS);
- ABTC-MSh-type automatic block system equipment, including equipment concentration points at splicing points of extended track sections (MK AB);
- level-crossing signalling system with barrier equipment (MK PS);
- mobile control towers for track overhauls (MK VP-KP);
- remote monitoring systems of rolling stock condition, like KTSM, etc. (MK KTSM);
- railway communication equipment, including digital systems (MK SVYAZ);
- autonomous power supply systems based on diesel generators (MK DGA);
- workshops for electrical technicians of signalling and telecommunication systems (MK ShN);
- other railway signalling and telecommunication equipment, wherever operating conditions require mobility.
