Scope and field of application
Electric switch machines fully comply with the technical requirements of TU 32 ELT 115-18. They are designed for switching, position locking and control of switches on automated humps with inseparable throw of switch points. These devices are mounted using special hardware on railway switches, either on the left or right-hand side.
Positioning sensors are installed within the metal case. The cover has built-in ventilation valves, a crank handle based on micro switches, factory-made wire bundles, a gearbox without an oil bath and a ceramic metal friction clutch with fixed torque limiting the switch forces. The EMSU-SPG electric motor has a friction-limiting feature. Sliding elements are made of ceramic metal. Climatic category of the device as per GOST 15150 is UKhL1. Device protection class as per GOST 14254 is IP54.
