Scope and field of application

Dwarf color light signals fully comply with the technical requirements of TU 32 ELT 046-13. They are used to convey visual light signals through color or a combination thereof and/or communication mode, as well as reflective and non-reflective signs and plates, which are used to control traffic and ensure train safety in temperate and cold climates (UKhL) with location category 1 according to GOST 15150-69.
Dwarf color light signals are used on public and private rail networks, at stations and on station-to-station track sections, as well as on approaches to artificial structures.
