Scope and field of application
These generators are used as part of track circuit control equipment on railway track sections with any type of traction and the capability to install NSh relays into sockets when installing them in relay facilities of railway stations, in mobile modules and relay cabinets.
GMP1 and GMP1-R produce amplitude-shift keyed signals for audio frequency track circuits with carrier frequencies of 420, 480, 580, 720 and 780 Hz and keying frequencies of 8 and 12 Hz. These generators have one version for the specified frequencies.
These devices are designed to replace GPZ, GPZ1, GPZ1C, GPZS and GPZS-R track generators, and may be easily installed without any changes to the project documentation and wiring diagram, as they are fully compatible in terms of electrical requirements and mechanical parameters.
GMP1-R generators incorporate two standalone GMP1 generators that provide 100% of the load redundancy of the device.
