ELTEZA summarized the results of the services activities for the last year

Alexander Klimenko, Head of the Center for the Implementation of Programs for the Construction and Repair and Maintenance of signalling equipment, presented the results of work in the field of maintenance, capital repairs and construction to the heads of the Signalling Department at JSC Russian Railways.

ELTEZA has been acting as a contractor for Russian Railways under contracts for maintenance of signalling facilities since 2012. Last year, major repairs were carried out at 104 facilities, including 58 hot-weel detection system facilities and 46 signalling facilities. Maintenance of 11.3 thousand signalling infrastructure facilities has been performed, current repairs of 8.5 thousand pieces of signalling equipment have been carried out.

A network of service centers has been organized and is developing to ensure the processes of maintenance and repair of signalling systems. 400 specialists from regional service centers and system developers are involved in the maintenance processes. In 2024, the work of a new division of ELTEZA JSC in Khabarovsk on product quality and service issues was organized, representative offices of service centers in Tynda and Komsomolsk-on-Amur were organized.

Moreover, since 2006, the company has been working as a comprehensive industry integrator for Russian Railways projects for major repairs and investment construction of railway signalling facilities. In 2024, construction was carried out on 20 facilities, of which 15 have already been commissioned. Major repairs have been carried out on 104 facilities.

Starting from 2021, ELTEZA JSC has assumed obligations to provide services for the hot-wheels detection systems maintenance. As of the end of 2024, 5874 sets of such equipment are in service at ELTEZA JSC, which are located almost throughout the entire railway network of the Russian Federation.

Futhermore, since November 11, 2024, the Unified Dispatch Center for signalling and hot-wheels detection systems, has been operating around the clock. Dispatching of service processes, as well as technical support can improve the efficiency of work in these areas.
